Our vision is to provide an affordable introduction and exposure for exceptional, innovative and unique local businesses in an upscale, inviting atmosphere. Our primary focus of the Expo is Wholeness and Balance in all areas of life.

This event offers a great opportunity, marketing and sales for our vendors and sponsors. It will also illuminate the public to many unique businesses, workshops, healing modalities, art, music and growth opportunities.

No, it is not. Our focus is on balance and wholeness in the physical, mental and spiritual. So, this Expo is a balance of the metaphysical and the 3D worlds.

This event offers a fabulous opportunity of marketing and exposure. It is a chance to come face-to-face with customers, introduce them to what you have to offer and explain how your products or services can help them. Nothing is quite like that personal touch of letting potential customers meet you and see your passion for your products and services!

First we will send out personal invitations that we know offer exceptional, innovative and unique products and services to create wholeness and balance in all areas of your life. After that we will open up to local businesses and practitioners who can show us that they offer a product or service that supports the focus and goals of the Expo.

The public will be treated to a feast for all of their senses. We will create a beautiful, fun and interactive environment that will appeal to a broad demographic along with the more than thirty booths there will also be live music, mini-workshops, door prizes and pupus throughout the day.

One of the hardest things we have found for a local practitioner or business is to let the people know who they are and what they have to offer. As a customer looking for a product, a service or a workshop to help them, it is hard to know where to turn. The Expo serves both the local practitioner or business as well as the customer by allowing face-to-face exposure of each to the other.

It is for both! The tourists have the opportunity to see some of the best that Kaua`i has to offer. The products, services, music, workshops, art and pupus can be enjoyed by all—local and tourist alike.

The three of us (Kim McVicker, Katherine Russell and Rod Russell) originally got together to brainstorm how to promote and market on Kaua`i. From these sessions came the creation of Imagine Wellness Expo.

We are not doing this event for our own personal financial gain. But, we would like to cover our expenses. The money we bring in we are putting into the Expo. So, the financial benefactors of the Expo are the participants and sponsors.

You will see vibrant life and beauty! There will be over thirty booths, art, live music, mini-workshops and pupus all through the day. You will see and experience a variety of services and products aiding you in creating wholeness and balance in your life!

We will be having some of the best Kaua`i has to offer such as Life Coaches, Intuitive Reiki, Massage, Unique Product lines, crystals, books, artists, jewelry designers, Intuitive Readers and much more. Our vendors can come from any walk of life whose product or service enhances the life of others and helps them to create wholeness and balance.

Absolutely! We are still working on this year’s package and we don’t want to give everything away but, there will be live music and movement presentations.

Multimedia—we will be advertising through several multi-island eblasts, flyers, banners, newspaper ads and, with Sponsor support, Radio and TV ads.

The word "imagine" is very powerful to us. If you can imagine something, it is possible. But, if you won’t even let yourself imagine it, it will never be. So, why not imagine wellness!

We will have over thirty booths and some of those booths will be shared. We will also be bringing in people to give mini-workshops and/or demonstrations. So, all this adds up to between forty to fifty vendors.

We are doing this with joy! We are presenting it in an upbeat, upscale, beautiful, inviting atmosphere! We have chosen a great visible location which is airy, easy access and great parking. And, most of all, it is the quality, the uniqueness and passion of our vendors!
