This year, October 4, 2008, we are hosting our first annual
Imagine Wellness…Expo on Kaua`i. Our goal is to provide an affordable
introduction and exposure for exceptional, innovative and unique local
businesses in an up-scale, inviting atmosphere. The primary focus of the expo is
that of wholeness in all areas of life, with businesses providing products,
services and options in wellness (making all areas of life easier, more balanced
and complete) in an fun and interactive environment that appeals to a broad
demographic.
We are seeking help in the form of a tax-deductible sponsorship
which will allow us to keep vendor costs affordable for new and small businesses
on Kaua`i, who may otherwise not be able to participate. Sponsorship will also
allow us to provide entry at a lower cost for locals and tourist alike, attracting
a larger audience.
We are respectfully asking for your generous sponsorship in the
amount of $300.00 or more.

Goodie Bags are a great way to directly target an audience of
pre-qualified, health-conscience and open-minded individuals. Our Goodie Bag
Promotion will include personalized, premium items including product samples,
discount coupons and/or literature. This promotion opportunity needs to be
completed well before the event, so early submittance of products, literature or
samples is imperative.
Goodie Bag promotions are considered "alternative Media"
advertising producing immediate feedback from your target audience by allowing
you to touch your audience directly. The average amount of time spent by patrons
at Expos of these types is 3 hours. By providing them with your promotional
material via a Goodie Bag, you extend the time spent with your product by the
consumer. Expo sponsorship and Goodie Bag promotion are proven ways to
exponentially increase the value of your ad dollar.
